A legal disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all makeup artistry services provided by Natasha Takis MUA (“the Artist”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients (“you” or “the Client”). By booking any service with Natasha Takis MUA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide professional makeup services for weddings, events, photoshoots, and brand campaigns. All services are performed by appointment only and subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Deposits

To confirm a booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service cost is required.
Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than one (1) week before the scheduled event or service date.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original booking date.
If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Travel & Location

The Artist provides on-location makeup services within Athens and other areas by arrangement.
Travel costs are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
Any additional travel-related costs (e.g., parking, ferry, or accommodation for early morning or distant events) will be communicated in advance and must be covered by the Client.

5. Photography & Portfolio Use

With your consent, Natasha Takis MUA may take and use photographs or videos of your makeup look for use in the Artist’s portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
Clients will be asked for permission prior to any photography or content use. Declining consent will not affect your booking or service.

6. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive (or be ready at your location) with a clean, makeup free face unless otherwise agreed.
Inform the Artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the application of products.
The Artist reserves the right to refuse service if a client is uncooperative, abusive, or presents a health or safety risk.

7. Liability

All products used are professional grade and selected with care. However, the Artist is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of products during the service.
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service begins.

8. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.
All payments must be made in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise arranged.
Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the Client.

9. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation if it affects subsequent bookings.
No refunds or discounts will be provided for shortened services due to lateness.

10. Force Majeure

The Artist is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond her control (e.g., severe weather, illness, accidents, travel disruptions, or emergencies). In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund at the Artist’s discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
