Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All payments made to Natasha Takis MUA are non-refundable. By booking a makeup service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Each booking reserves a specific time and date exclusively for you, during which no other appointments can be accepted. Therefore, all deposits and service payments are considered final.

Refund Policy

1. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit ensures your date and time are reserved and is not transferable to another client.

2. Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date. Once paid, the full amount is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or a change of plans by the client.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 14 days before your original booking date, subject to availability.
In such cases, your existing deposit may be applied to the new date. If a suitable new date cannot be arranged, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations by the Artist

In the unlikely event that Natasha Takis MUA must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency), you will be offered the choice to:

  • Reschedule the appointment for a new date, or

  • Receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.

This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.

5. Service Satisfaction

Makeup artistry is a highly personalised service, and client satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
While monetary refunds are not available, clients are encouraged to communicate openly during the appointment to ensure the final look meets their expectations. Adjustments can be made during the session as required.
